Empowering the Church's mission of evangelization through thoughtful technology
At Domine, we believe that technology should serve the Church's sacred mission of bringing souls to Christ. Our platform was born from a simple observation: OCIA directors and their teams spend countless hours on administrative tasks that could be better spent in prayer, teaching, and personal accompaniment.
We created Domine to restore that balance. By automating the paperwork, streamlining communications, and providing clear oversight tools, we free parish leaders to focus on what truly matters: guiding each individual's unique journey to full communion with the Catholic Church.
Every feature is designed with deep respect for Catholic tradition and the sacred nature of the OCIA journey.
We protect sensitive formation data with enterprise-grade security and complete transparency.
Simple, intuitive tools that work for everyone, regardless of technical expertise.
We listen to our users and evolve the platform to meet the changing needs of parish ministry.
Domine isn't just software—it's a ministry partner. We understand that behind every data point is a soul on a sacred journey. That's why we've built our platform to honor both the administrative needs of modern parishes and the timeless spiritual mission of the Church.
Domine was founded in 2023 by a team of Catholic technologists who saw firsthand the challenges facing OCIA programs. After volunteering in parish formation programs and witnessing directors drowning in spreadsheets, email chains, and paper forms, we knew there had to be a better way.
We spent months interviewing OCIA directors, diocesan leaders, and candidates across the country. We attended formation sessions, studied the RCIA process deeply, and immersed ourselves in the real-world challenges of parish ministry.
The result is Domine: a platform built from the ground up for the unique needs of Catholic formation. Not adapted from generic software, not cobbled together from various tools, but purposefully designed for the sacred work of bringing souls home to the Church.
"When we automate the administrative burden, we give directors more time for what truly matters: prayer, accompaniment, and teaching the faith."
