The base fee covers platform access, diocese-wide analytics, reporting tools, data security, regular updates, and technical support. It ensures your diocese has full oversight capabilities regardless of the number of active parishes.

How do you count active parishes?

We count parishes that have at least one active OCIA candidate or have logged into the system within the past 90 days. Mission churches and oratories under a main parish are included at no extra charge.

Can we start with a pilot program?

Absolutely! Many dioceses begin with 3-5 parishes for a pilot. We offer special pilot pricing for the first 90 days, allowing you to experience the full platform before rolling out diocese-wide.

Is there a setup fee?

No setup fees for standard implementation. You can begin using Domine immediately with our self-service onboarding. Professional services like data migration and custom training are available as optional add-ons.

What about smaller dioceses with fewer parishes?
